Hello, there! I’m Christopher, which you should have known if you saw my cute little green logo. So, let me not distract you from the following post. I hope you like it! I’d love to hear your thoughts after you’re done reading it! Enjoy!
My last devotion was related to romance and being a lonely outsider because I’m not of the world. Well, I’ll tell you, I’m not that lonely after all!
You see, not only I have a family, whom I’m currently living with; I also have the family of Christ with me and at my side!!! We work together to fight the evil forces in this world! AMEN!
So, together, we aren’t lonely. We work together and serve the Lord! We do what he commissions us to do and we obey him. We encourage each other to do the right thing and follow Christ.
One cool thing about this family is that I’m constantly meeting new members! I meet at least one or two new Christians a year here in Korea and am meeting many more here on my website and other websites!
It can be sad, when we move, when we part with others. And there will e people I want to meet but never will. But we WILL meet in heaven someday!! Exciting!
I’m so glad to be apart of God’s large family. And I want to make it grow and reach others for Christ.
Thinking about it, just like my family, we don’t always get along. But, that shouldn’t be an excuse, for we should love each other with brotherly love. If we fight, we give a bad example and can’t work together.
Of course, I’m probably not going to marry any time soon, but I’m not exactly a lonely outsider when it comes to Christians. There are more non-Christians than Christians, so they outnumber us. We still might be “sent to the corner,” but I’m not alone. We Christians work together and serve God.
We serve each other. We care for each other. We pray for each other. We work together.
I feel loved. I fell accepted. I feel happy. And I’m not lonely.
Hello again! I’m so happy you finished reading my post, and, boy, do I hope you liked it!
