Hello, there! I’m Christopher, which you should have known if you saw my cute little green logo. So, let me not distract you from the following post. I hope you like it! I’d love to hear your thoughts after you’re done reading it! Enjoy!
So, this week I started school. And let me tell you, it’s not easy.
Yeah, the beginning weeks shouldn’t feel so hard, but it did for me.
All in all, school’s tough.
So, I’ve noticed that many kids have a bad outlook about school.
So, from what you’ve read from me today, it seems like I don’t like school, but that’s not true. School’s great! It’s just . . . well, hard.
But I am thankful that I have an education. It’s a Christian curriculum, I’m learning things, they do their best to keep me engaged, and whatnot. (By the way, I highly recommend the curriculum.)
As I said, not everyone has an education. So they can’t get good jobs when older. We should be thankful that we can learn of our benefit.
We all should be going to a Christian school and learning from a Christian curriculum. Why? So we can be immersed in the things God wants us to learn. There are so many reasons, but time doesn’t permit me to tell them all. But one reason is that false things are being taught in schools, like history (taking out the God of our country’s history or recreating it), science (that the THEORY of evolution is true), and math (that one plus one is five). Soon, I’m sure that “ain’t” (or even a slang form: “dain’t”) will become common in our language again (okay, I kid, but I do sometimes say “dain’t”)!
Those are some of the reasons why school is so important.
But, just to let you know, our curriculums aren’t a good as they were when America was starting out. They would have to think more (essay questions and stuff), while we just fill in blanks, match things, multiple choice, and dot-to-dot. Of course, it seems like we’re having it easier. True, but it’s not as effective for us.
Anyways, education is a gift God gave us. Let’s take our time to learn things right so we can be able to fulfill the purpose God has for us in our life!
